Hotel amenities include indoor heated pool and whirlpool, a game room and a small fitness center.  Zach's is the hotel's restaurant, available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Marty's sports bar offers a variety of entertainment in a casual environment.

Hotel Information:
Rooms are being held at a rate of $119 at the Crowne Plaza for July 7 and 8. Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel as soon as possible.  To get the special discounted rate, be sure to mention that  you are
attending the VSIP Standards Meeting. Non-smoking rooms are available at request.

Meals Information:
Continental breakfast and lunch will be served each day. The name of the meeting room will be posted in the lobby of the hotel.  Lunch will be served in the Atrium. Anyone with special food requirements can contact Dianne Capps
at SKY Computers to request a specialized menu (capps@sky.com).

Registration Information
The registration fee for this meeting is $75 per person.  Make checks payable to SKY Computers. To register ahead of time, simply send the $75 fee (payable to SKY Computers) and your business card to Dianne Capps, SKY Computers, 27 Industrial Ave., Chelmsford, MA 01824 no later than July 1. Receipts will be available at the meeting.

an accurate count for the meals.

Transportation:
There is a shuttle bus that runs from Logan Airport to the Crowne Plaza or a fee of $6 each way.  The shuttle requires advance reservations, call 800 225-4846 or 781 938 8646 for pick up details.

Driving Directions:
The Crowne Plaza Woburn is conveniently located at the intersection of I-93 and I-95 (Rt. 128).
 

• From Rt. 93 North (Boston) take Exit 36 (Montvale Ave), turn left off exit. At 2nd set of lights, turn right on onto Washington St.  At second set oflights, turn right onto Cedar St.  Take immediate right. Hotel is on left.

• From Rt. 93 South (Andover, Rt 495) take take Exit 36 (Montvale Ave), turn right off exit.  At lights, turn right on onto Washington St.  At second set of lights, turn right onto Cedar St.  Take immediate right. Hotel is on left.

• From Rt. 128 North (Waltham, Rt. 3) take exit #36 (Mishawum Rd).  Turn right off exit.  At 2nd set of lights, take left onto Cedar St. Take immediate right onto Forbes Rd. Hotel is on left.

• From Rt. 128 South (Peabody) take exit #36 (Mishawum Rd).  Bear right off exit.  Take right onto Washington St. At 3rd set of lights, take left onto Cedar St. Take immediate right onto Forbes Rd. Hotel is on left.
